Technical Specification of T-slotted Clamping Rails / T-Rails

Jagdeep Cast Iron T-Slotted Clamping rails / T-rails are being used in various industries for varied application like mounting of large jobs while machining, Assembly, Fabrication, Testing and many other types of operations.

Jagdeep Clamping Rails / T-Rails are manufactured completely in house, with world class manufacturing facility equipped with CNC machines, starting from Design, Casting and Machining till finish and packing to ensure product quality matches with international standards. Generally made with Cast Iron of grade starting from FG 200 (as per IS 210) OR GG-20 to FG-300 OR GG-30 (or higher) having hardness minimum 160 BHN.

Basic Features:

• Generally provided with T-slots sizes 28, 36 or 42 mm conforming to IS:2013 / DIN 650.
• Clamping rails shall be manufactured with castings duly stress relieved, after rough machining to prevent distortion.
• Flatness accuracy shall be 0.05mm/m2.
• Clamping Rails shall be supplied with suitable Leveling & Anchoring accessories.

*Other sizes can be manufactured as per requirement.
*Large clamping areas can be made by installation of plates side by side together.
